I joined BetterYou in July 2017, with the remit of bringing the brand’s entire design offering in-house. Since then I’ve spear-headed the brand’s creative output and contributed to year-on-year exponential growth.
One of my primary functions is brand development. By running workshops and creating accessible tools and documents that can be used and understood by the entire business (and external partners) my team and I steer BetterYou into looking and sounding like the science-led innovator of the natural health supplement industry.
I also art-direct photo and video shoots to help build a library of assets that the brand can use in its marketing materials. This means building and maintaining strong relationships with trusted suppliers and ensuring the brand’s needs are met every step of the way.
This work then translates into national campaigns to promote key ranges or support new product launches. My team and I lead the campaign creative from concept through to execution; covering touchpoints ranging from traditional print media through to moving image DOOH, digital assets and radio.
All supported by a dedicated POS offering across all retail environments.
I also work in a digital space, supporting the brand’s eCommerce team in keeping the website fresh and digital marketing channels (email, social etc) populated with engaging and rewarding content.
My role also involves designing and artworking packaging for the brand, including changes to existing products and the creation of brand new lines to the award-winning portfolio.
